Returns & Exchanges

At Perilla Intimates, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with all protective liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags and hygiene seals attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
